Cookie policy

We use as few as possible and none for advertising. Here is the full list, what each one does and how to delete them.

1. What a cookie is

A cookie is a small file a site stores in your browser to remember something between one page and the next. Some information lives in similar technologies, such as browser local storage; we treat them all the same way here.

2. The essential ones, always present

Without them the site does not work properly. They do not ask for consent because they are the basis of the service (LGPD Art. 7, IX):

  • nx-consent: stores your cookie decision so we do not ask again on every visit. Lives in local storage until you clear it.
  • nx-market: stores the detected market so the offer shows in the right currency. Expires at the end of the session.
  • nx-market-choice: stores the region you picked manually, if you pick one. Lasts 1 year.

3. Measurement, only after you accept

These load only if you click Accept in the banner:

  • _ga and _ga_Q1CSZZKGRY: Google Analytics, to count visits and understand where people come from. Last up to 2 years.
  • _clck and _clsk: Microsoft Clarity, for heatmaps and session recording. Last 1 year and 1 day respectively.

Clarity session recording captures mouse movement, clicks and what appears on screen. It is the most intrusive tool on the site, which is exactly why it only runs with your consent. Password fields and sensitive data are masked by the service itself.

4. Videos

Videos are embedded in cookieless mode (youtube-nocookie.com). Until you press play, YouTube stores nothing in your browser. Once you press play, Google policies apply.

5. Advertising

We use no advertising cookies, no remarketing and no social network pixels. If that changes, this page changes first.

6. How to refuse or delete

  • In the banner shown on your first visit, click Decline. No measurement is loaded.
  • To change your mind later, clear the site data in your browser; the banner returns on your next visit.
  • You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. The essential ones go too, and some preferences (language, region) return to default.

7. Changes and contact
